Braided PVC Hose

Braided Reinforced PVC Hose is constructed using a flexible 100% PVC tube liner which is reinforced with a 1000 denier polyester high tenacity yarn and then covered with an outer layer of flexible PVC. The ingredients of Braid Reinforced PVC Hose are approved for food contact applications.

Swan Tube is constructed of a rigid grey PVC strip profile which is spirally wound to produce a robust flexible duct. Supplied in standard 5 metre lengths.

Nylon Flexicoils

Flexi-coil airline coils are manufactured from seamless nylon (PA) which is then pre-coiled. Each airline is supplied complete with factory fitted 360° swivel male couplings and spring guards each end.

Braided PU Hose

A clear flexible (90°Shore A) polyether polyurethane hose reinforced with a 1000 denier polyester high tenacity yarn. The raw materials are acceptable under FDA regulations for food use.

The multilayer design, made of an exclusive woven fibre and a double core layer, ensures that Tricoflex is highly flexible for easy handling, with excellent resistance to repeated bending, crushing and pulling as well as minor deformation under pressure.

Un-reinforced PU Tube

A clear flexible (90°Shore A) un-reinforced polyether polyurethane tubing. The raw materials are acceptable under FDA regulations for food use.

Pneumatic PU Tubing

Manufactured from 100% polyester polyurethane, Pneumatic grade polyurethane tubing is a lightweight and very flexible tubing which is available in a range of colours.

Suitable for most applications including food process, steam, chemical, gas and high temperature installations.

Shot Blast Hose

Standard duty shotblast hose – manufactured to BS5121.

Available in Galvanised Steel and Type 304 Stainless Steel to BS1449 (Type 316 upon request) Interlock is manufactured by winding a profiled metal strip into a tube with the edges being completely interfolded. This fully interlocked section is packed with a copper wire (cotton or rubber packing available as a special).

VendHose is a PVC-free WRAS approved hose.

Manufactured in LDPE (Low Density), MDPE (Medium Density) & HDPE (High Density) Polyethylene tubing is durable, flexible and lightweight making it suitable for a wide number of applications.

PU Flex-spiral MW (medium wall)

Medium Wall Polyurethane ducting reinforced with a anti-shock rigid PVC helix. Corrugated outer with a perfectly smooth bore for optimised flow characteristics. Wall thickness from 0.8mm to 1.0mm.

P.T.F.E. (Polytetrafluroethylene) tubing is one of the most versatile engineering materials available and is recognised for its flexibility, even at very low temperatures. It is almost universally inert to industrial chemicals and solvents and can handle virtually any corrosive material in use today. There is low permeability of the tube contents.
